    Truncated Octahedron Packing

    Truncated Octahedron Packing

Attached are graphics showing how the cube and the octahedron are formed by the centers of a packing of truncated octahedrons around a trunc. octa. nuclear center.

Interesting that while a singular poly, the truncated octahedron, fills space, there is the pattern of the cube and the octahedron duality that is retained via the trunc. octa. centers.

    Rounding the icosahedron

This post is asking the question:  What kind of program or programer would be needed to produce the results required in the image and text shown.
